  1. Get a MAC

    A MAC is a code that lets you switch from one provider to another, and you'll need one to join us. If you don't have one already, just call your provider and ask them to give you one.

  2. Choose your Virgin Media package

    Once you've got your MAC, you can order your new services. Just come back to our website, choose the package you want and place your order. We'll take your MAC and do the rest.

  3. Get connected

    Once you've placed your order, we'll let you know what date you'll be switched over to Virgin Media. On the day we switch you, you could be without your broadband for a short time, but we'll have everything up and running as fast as we can. And in most cases, you won't notice a thing.
